Ready-made Christmas quiz...

Question: What’s great fun, builds team spirit and ensures you legend status amongst your family/friends/students/colleagues?

Answer: Running the ready-made Vevox Virtual Christmas quiz!

People love a quiz, and in 2020 that’s never been truer. However, it can be a daunting task putting a good one together…. Fear not though! As a little Christmas gift, we’ve created one for you to run, and effortlessly achieve that legend status you deserve.
It couldn’t be simpler to do. All you need is a Vevox account and your regular online meeting platform whether that be Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, GoToMeeting or something else.

We recently ran this quiz and it was a festive hit! If you missed it, or would like to see how easy it is to run a quiz using Vevox, the recording is now live on the Vevox YouTube channel.

How it works:

  1. Simply log in to your Vevox dashboard, create a new session and give it a name. Click the ‘Christmas Quiz’ tile, select the questions you'd like to include and hit 'import'.

  2. Now schedule a meeting in your meeting platform and invite your attendees. When the meeting starts, hit ‘Present full screen’ and share your Vevox quiz screen for all to see.

  3. Finally… don the gold sequined jacket and start presenting your quiz questions. Build the tension by showing the correct answer after a suitably nerve wracking pause, and tease them now and again with a leaderboard to drive the competition.

That’s it!

3 Top tips for an even more engaging experience:

  1. Make it your own, and really look pro by customizing the app home screen and full screen present view with Christmas colours, images and logos.

  2. Leave the Q&A board open for participants to submit Christmas jokes and make comments, the most ‘liked’ of which by participants will move their way to the top of the board.

  3. Finally, evidence your awesomeness and find out what people thought with a short Vevox survey. For example, a star rating feedback question and an open text question for attendees to share any comments.
